John Johns  is a certified personal trainer with over thirteen years experience.  John has taught health & fitness workshops and classes at various institutions in the Chicago land area; including Parker School, U.I.C Department on Aging and United Airlines.

John was a senior personal trainer at Lakeshore Athletic Club for thirteen years. Currently John offers exclusive private training at HiFi Studio’s.  He also offers in-home and in-office training for individual clients as well as organizations.
